HOW TO RESERVE ROOMS
INDIVIDUALS
  1. Call 1-800-222-8733
  2. Make sure you ask for “Science Academy Block of rooms” for the discounted rate.
  3. Make sure you say you are with the science academy regions. (The hotel is asking that we stay in the same vicinity instead of JSHS and FAIR people scattered all over the hotel).
GROUPS
  1. No calling in your reservation.
  2. Complete the Reservation Form for groups so all of your students are able to be together in one location.
  3. The completed form is to be EMAILED to Tina Harpke at tina.harpke@hilton.com
  4. Tina will manually input the specific names in the group instead of having all of the rooms under one name.
  5. This can NOT be arranged at check in, It MUST be done in advance.
